We charge Rs. 99 for orders with value below Rs. 995.

How can I track my order?

An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track Order on our website after logging in.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

Yes, you can! Gift wrap option is available for most products, and you will see this option during checkout, before you sign in. Please note that as per government mandate, we will have to send across the invoice with all shipments.

I don’t want the package to carry an invoice/amount as it is a gift. Can this be done?

Unfortunately, invoices are mandatory due to Government regulations.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return or reach out to us on [email protected] and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from “My Orders” or “Track Order” sections of our website. Or, you can send a request to [email protected] or call 9321168157 our toll free number. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

What is your return policy?

You can return certain products, up to 7 days from the date of delivery, from “My Orders” or “Track Order” section of our website. Or, you can send a request [email protected] or 9321168157 call our toll free number.
The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.

What items can I return?

You can return all items except Home décor item and all other such products where non-returnable is mentioned in the product description section. Returns for these will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages/defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

Do you arrange for reverse pickups?

Reverse pickup is applicable only for a selected set of pincodes. You can check if your pincode has this facility in “My Orders” or “Track Order” section of our website, or by contacting [email protected] If your pincode doesn’t have reverse pickup facility, you will have to ship the item back.

Where do I mail the returns?

When will I receive a replacement?

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

• The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
• The packaging should have the original tags in place.

They should be returned within 7 days from the dispatch date.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Can I get my to-be-returned-product to get picked up from a different address from the existing delivery address?
Sure. But the pick up address needs to be in our list of viable pincodes. You can check this in “My Orders” or “Track Order” section of our website.

Can I choose a different item in exchange?

You can only exchange your item within 20 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.

What is your refund policy?

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original source. COD orders will be refunded to the account details submitted while requesting refund.

For orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self ship the items to heena creations. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed through a heena voucher. This will be done post the quality check of all received items.
